The Fifth Meeting of the Board of the Global Centre took place on 22 October 2010 in Johannesburg, South Africa. It was hosted by the Pan-African Parliament, in conjunction with the World e-Parliament Conference 2010. The Board meeting focused on a review of the activities of the Global Centre and a discussion of a 2010-2020 Framework Programme for the Global Centre. The Board also elected the European Parliament and the Chamber of Deputies of the Dominican Republic as new co-Chairs.
