Mon, 17/05/2004 - Wed, 19/05/2004 The second assembly was held in Bangkok, Thailand, in May 2004. The event had as its main subjects the discussion of questions related to the improvement of digital opportunities to parliamentarians by means of the Electronic Parliament (e-Parliament) and to the development of the ICT. One hundred and three parliamentarians, members of diplomatic corps from all over the world, dignitaries of the Thai government and guests attended the assembly.
