The International Workshop, organized by the Global Centre for ICT in Parliament, aimed to explore the issues and challenges that parliaments have to face in keeping up with the impact of new technologies and highlight the skills, technologies and approaches required to harness ICT opportunities. The Workshop was aimed at parliamentary staff and officials who work in the ICT-related domain, such as IT administrators, legislative staff, knowledge managers and librarians.
