The third meeting of the Advisory Committee of the Global Centre for ICT in Parliament took place in Rome on 1-2 October 2009. The members of the Advisory Committee were invited to address the following agenda items: 1) Review of 2009 activities; 2) Objectives and structure of the third high-level meeting of the Board; 3) Agenda of World e-Parliament Conference 2009; 4) Preliminary outcome of the Global Survey on ICT in Parliament; 5) Draft 10-year programmatic document for the Global Centre for ICT in Parliament; 6) Work plan for 2009-2010, and 7) budget analysis and overview.
