In the framework of the European Commission funded project “Support to ICT Strategic Planning in the SADC Parliaments,” the Global Centre recently completed a second technical assistance mission to the Parliament of Botswana from 6 to 8 June 2012. The mission focused on assisting the Parliament of Botswana to align its ICT strategic objectives to the Balanced Score Card, align the activities to the strategic objectives, and develop a monitoring and evaluation framework to assist them during the implementation of their ICT Master Plan.
