Julio 2008 - Este curso se ofrece como una actividad de capacitación de la SEDI en temas identificados como prioritarios durante la Cumbre de las Américas y las Asambleas Generales de la OEA para coadyuvar a los esfuerzos de modernización en la región mediante la formación de cuadros críticos y apoyo al fortalecimiento institucional. El objetivo del curso es que los participantes adquieran y consoliden un dominio operacional sobre los conceptos principales del Gobierno Electrónico, así como de los elementos críticos que deben integrar una estrategia de esta naturaleza.
