Amazonian Parliament (no website) Parlamento Amazónico (Amazonian Parliament) is a permanent organization and is located in Caracas, Venezuela. It is a permanent legislative body that promotes political and parliamentarian exchange in the Amazon Basin. Members are Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Peru, Suriname and Venezuela.

Regional, permanent and unicameral organism, integrated from the national Parliaments of Latin America, elected democratically by means of universal suffrage. Mercosur ParliamentThe Mercosur Parliament consists of eighteen congressional representatives from each of the five countries and aims to contribute to the consolidation of South American integration and the fostering of regional cooperation.
