The Global Centre, in collaboration with partnering institutions, provides technical assistance and advisory services directed at supporting parliaments to develop among others: Parliament e-readiness analyses; user and system requirement analyses; ICT strategies and operational plans; organizational reengineering and new working methods; parliament interoperability frameworks and pilot projects.

 

To facilitate this activity the Global Centre maintains an Experts' Roster composed of highly skilled technical parliamentary staff who are willing to share their knowledge and experience of developing and deploying ICT solutions in the parliamentary domain.

Potential experts who wish to be included in this roster are invited to inform the Global Centre about their qualifications and areas of expertise through the online registration form.
