Following the Workshop on “ICT Strategic Planning in the SADC Parliaments”, held from 26 to 28 July 2010 in Windhoek, Namibia, the Global Centre and the SADC Parliamentary Forum fielded the first mission on 24 to 29 October 2010, to assist the National Assembly of Malawi in the development of the ICT Strategic Plan. The mission focused on the current state of the ICT envisioning  the implementation of the Parliament Strategic Plan. The mission was conducted as part of the project “Support to ICT Strategic Planning in the SADC Parliaments” funded by the European Union through the “ACP-Information and Communication Technologies [@CP-ICT] programme”. The Project is implemented by UN/DESA in collaboration with the SADC PF.
