On 19 February 2013 the director of Grums’ municipality, Ms Margaretha Rudner, launched the municipality’s electronic services on the common electronic services platform of Värmland county (in west-central Sweden).

In October 2012, the Local Government Denmark (KL) and the Danish government signed an agreement aiming to improve and link public registers of basic data and make them available for free public re-use.

On 5 July 2012, the County of Gotland and its administrative division signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) for continued work on the regional Digital Agenda of Gotland.

The City of Uppsala adopted on 23 May 2012 a new information technology policy and guidelines for the management of IT as well as revised instructions for a safe operation of IT systems.

A project that developed eGovernment in the regions and municipalities of Northern Bulgaria was recently completed.

Six additional eGovernment projects have recently been put into operation in Switzerland.
