The Ordonance n. 2005-015 portant protection pénale de l'enfant punishes any exhibition or exploitation, for commercial or touristic purposes, of pornographic photographs, image or sound, films or drawing representing children. The same provision also applies to: the dissemination of such images or their representation; their import and export; the production of child pornography for the purpose of dissemination via a computer system; the offer or making available of child pornography through a computer system; the dissemination or distribution of child pornography through a computer system; procuring child pornography for oneself or another person via a computer system; and the possession of child pornography in a computer system. The above offences are punishable by imprisionment from two months to one year and a fine of 160,000 to 300,000 ouguiya.
