The Global Network of IT Experts in Parliament (GNIT) is a knowledge platform for exchanging information on the use of new technologies to strengthen parliamentary institutional and organizational capabilities. By serving as a responsive mechanism available to all, the Network seeks to enhance cooperation among parliamentary administrations at the global level.
IT Experts in Parliament and in related institutions from around the world can meet on the GNIT to share experiences and best practices, seek advice and discuss issues of mutual interest.
Members of the GNIT can:
• Access and participate in the different discussion forums
• Share ideas and solutions
• Keep contact with their peers
• Inquire for technical support
• Search the forums by keyword and author
• See who is online and access the member list of the network
• Send messages to other members of the network
Members of the Network participate in the forums and discussions in their personal capacity. Their views do not express those of their institutions.
